Return and Exchange Policy

Ball Grip accepts returns or exchanges on items that were damaged during delivery.

Email ballgriphandle@gmail.com with your order number to report an issue and to have an item returned or exchanged. After providing pictures of the damage to the above email, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your original form of payment in 5 business days.

Mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from receipt of original order. Item must be returned in original packaging. If a product is defective there is a one year warranty.
